Was considering going to the Tadoussac area to pick up a whale watch tour, but noticed ALM also launches from RiviГЁre-du-Loup, which is about an hour closer to Quebec City where I am based from. RiviГЁre-du-Loup Whale Watching Cruise provided by Croisieres AML - Day Tours I am not sure about whale watching from Riviere du Loup but I have been from Tadoussac, specifically from the doc at Baie Ste Catherine and used Dufour cruises.The area, the mouth of the Saguenay is a Federal sea/water park where whales gather. We did the zodiac tour highly recommended due to flexibility to travel quickly where the whales are.
