IIRC, the initial Encounter, Monster, and Treasure decks and the add-ins were not put together initially, so the bigger pile is the initial Encounter/Monster/Treasure deck. There is an old module version for AD&D, the older pencil and paper RPG version, but this review is on the board game. IIRC, the initial Encounter, Monster, and Treasure decks and the add-ins were not put together initially, so the bigger pile is the initial Encounter/Monster/Treasure deck. One improvement that can be seen as a flaw is that it's really not good for one off missions. To get the best value it's meant to be played as a campaign.
